RK and I worked together on many design UX projects despite the 14-hour time difference between us—he in India and I in the US. Our design aesthetic had synergy as we partnered via the cloud. His ability to immerse his UX design acumen into our US Healthcare space was intriguing, given that India's healthcare landscape vastly differs. The beauty of our partnership extended to being able to start a design thought, handing it off to him while I ended my workday and he began his. This almost 24-hour design ideation lifecycle made us a powerhouse in delivering solution after solution, feature after feature. RK knows his design abilities and showcases his talents daily. His eagerness and willingness to pitch in and take the lead on features when the workload became stacked for everyone was always admirable. He can take the briefest of Jira requirements and extend them further, delivering riveting and delightful designs that are primed and ready for development. We made a point to meet weekly to catch up and talk about life, establishing an amicable relationship.
